Abstract
ResumoAo decorrer dos anos a gestão que antes era pautada em um modelo burocrático onde se mandava por uma parte e outra se obedecia, a gestão vem se moldando ao longo do tempo por decorrência da evolução da humanidade com grandes mudanças na forma de gerir e lecionar e hoje passa a ser uma gestão reflexiva e interativa onde existe a contribuição assisa dos colaboradores onde podem dar sugestões adquiridas por experiências vividas na pratica de sala de aula.Nesse sentido, a gestão escolar também passou por reformas sendo hoje sua realidade pautada em uma liderança inovadora.O objetivo desse trabalho é compreender como anda a percepção dos funcionários de uma escola pública sobre a gestão de qualidade, para isso, elaborou um questionário com 10 perguntas objetivas e aplicou aos funcionários da instituição.Concluiu-se em sua maioria que os funcionários têm ciência da importância da gestão de qualidade dentro de uma escola para com o corpo docente e o corpo discente, e que essa nova gestão pode revolucionar a gestão escolar como um todo.
