Abstract
Program Pembinaan dan Pengembangan Wilayah Seni (P3Wilsen) di Desa Candisari, Bansari, Temanggung, Jawa Tengah merupakan salah satu cara untuk bisa memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan terhadap kesenian khususnya seni pertunjukan di wilayah ini agar bisa memberikan wawasan dan mengimplementasikan ilmu pengetahuan ke masyarakat dalam bidang tari dan musik. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas aspek ragam iringan musikal, tata rias, dan busana sehingga nantinya dapat meningkatkan kreativitas seniman setempat. Kelompok mitra yang dibina adalah kesenian karawitan, seni hadroh, kethoprak, kuda lumping, campursari, dan tari kreasi baru untuk anak-anak dan remaja. Kegiatan meliputi pemberian materi berupa pengayaan gending/lagu, pola tabuhan, gerak tari, rias, dan busana. Metode pengabdian dilakukan melalui pendekatan secara personal baik itu secara demontrasi, ceramah, latihan, maupun pengembangan. Luaran dari kegiatan pembinaan kelompok-kelompok tersebut adalah dapat menghasilkan kelompok seni pertunjukan yang profesional serta mengerti tentang pengemasan seni pertunjukan baik dari segi musikal, penataan tari, maupun rias busana sehingga ke depan bisa memicu kreativitas para seniman setempat dalam membuat suatu pertunjukan. Program Pembinaan dan Pengembangan Wilayah Seni (P3Wilsen) in Candisari Village, Bansari, Temanggung, Central Java, is a community service program held by ISI Yogyakarta to provide training and mentorship to various performing arts groups in many regions focusing on dance and music. The program conducted by the authors aims to enhance the quality of musical accompaniments, costume and makeup design, as well as creativity among local artists. The artist groups in the village joining the program are Karawitan, Hadroh, Kethoprak, Kuda Lumping, Campursari, and New Creative Dance for children and teenagers. The training encompasses enriching song compositions, rhythm patterns, dance movements, and costume and makeup application. The authors applied personal approach method involving demonstrations, lectures, practices, and skill developments. The outcome of this training activity is the production of professional performing arts groups with an understanding of the art of presentation, either music accompaniment, dance arrangement, and costume design. This, in turn, stimulates the creativity of local artists in producing art performances.
