Abstract
Berdasarkan hasil sensus penduduk yang dilakukan oleh BPS tahun 2020 jumlah penduduk Indonesia mencapai 270.203.917 jiwa. Oleh karenanya, dilakukanlah implementasi program KB bertujuan untuk memenuhi permintaan pelayanan KB serta mengendalikan angka kelahiran. Namun dalam pelaksanaan program, capaian MKJP di Kabupaten Indramayu 4 tahun terakhir (2018-2021) menujukkan hasil yang relatif tetap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi program KB Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (MKJP) di UPT Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kecamatan Indramayu. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif. Informan berjumlah 6 orang pelaksana program di tingkat kabupaten dan kecamatan Indramayu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada variabel input bahwa tidak adanya pelatihan yang diadakan oleh daerah, tidak ada tenaga khusus promotor, ketersediaan dana yang belum mencukupi khususnya untuk kegiatan BKR, BKB, dan BKL dan ketersediaan logistik sarana dan prasarana sudah mencukupi. Pada variabel proses menunjukkan bahwa penyuluhan dilakukan setiap saat dengan mendatangi kerumunan WUS di Sekolah Dasar, PAUD, Jamiaan, dan Posyandu. PLKB melakukan pembuatan kelompok kecil dengan sasaran WUS, Catin, dan remaja. Implementasi pelaksanaan MOP dan MOW belum maksimal. Pada variabel output menunjukkan bahwa capaian MKJP masih belum mencapai target, akseptor KB lebih banyak menjangkau kaum perempuan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi kurang maksimal.
