Abstract
L’Alimentarium, une fondation de l’entreprise Nestlé, le premier musée global sur l’alimentation, fut inauguré le 21 juin 1985 à Vevey, en Suisse. Le bâtiment du musée est sis au bord du lac Léman et fut construit entre 1918 et 1920, en style néo-classique, comme siège administratif de la nouvelle entreprise Nestlé & Anglo-Swiss Condensed Milk Company, créée par fusion de ces deux unités.
