PENGARUH REVITALISASI KAWASAN KRUENG DAROY TERHADAP SOSIAL EKONOMI MASYARAKAT

Abstract
Krueng Daroy merupakan kawasan cagar budaya di Banda Aceh yang penting bagi sejarah Kerajaan Aceh. Namun, kualitas hidup di kawasan ini semakin memburuk seiring munculnya kawasan kumuh. Oleh karena itu, program kotaku (kota tanpa kumuh) digagas pada tahun 2020 untuk merevitalisasi kawasan tersebut guna meningkatkan daya tarik wisata. Namun demikian, dampak program revitalisasi terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat belum terukur. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak revitalisasi Krueng Daroy terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat, dengan fokus di Dusun Glee Gurah, Desa Seutui dan Dusun Raja Jali, Desa Lamlagang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 32 sampel. Dampak program revitalisasi dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana pada SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program revitalisasi tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Hal ini disebabkan oleh Pendapatan masyarakat yang awalnya meningkat dalam usaha, menurun karena pandemi Covid-19 dan pembangunan IPAL yang menutupi pintu masuk PUJASERA serta masyarakat yang terus membuang sampah ke sungai.
