Abstract
Este artigo apresenta os resultados da pesquisa sobre as transformações nos cenários dos docentes após a inserção das tecnologias digitais na educação. A discussão aqui proposta é resultado de um estudo qualitativo, apoiado em revisão de literatura. O professor é a parte da educação que mais se adapta e está em aprendizagem contínua, pois, construiu, aprimorou e renovou suas competências ao longo do tempo para se adaptar às necessidades atuais e se preparar para os desafios futuros. Neste sentido, este artigo trata de um estudo bibliográfico que tenta olhar para o papel do professor na crescente revolução das tecnologias digitais e na sua adoção no contexto educativo, o que significa uma nova compreensão da atividade pedagógica e da estrutura do ensino.
