Dans un contexte juridique et sociétal en apparence particulièrement hostile aux vécus gays, durant cet intervalle qui court de l’immédiat après-guerre à la fin des années 1960, le présent article, construit à partir de riches dossiers individuels nominatifs produits par l’Éducation surveillée, s’intéresse à la prise en charge des jeunes gays par la justice des mineurs, ainsi qu’aux pratiques et sociabilités gays juvéniles populaires parisiennes (définitions et affirmation publique de soi, relations amoureuses et sexuelles).
