Abstract
"Quelle belle surprise que la deuxième édition de ce volume! Le regretté professeur François Chevrette et son collègue Herbert Marx, tous deux de l'Université de Montréal, avaient publié en 1982 leur propre ouvrage en droit constitutionnel. L’ouvrage n'avait jamais connu de mise à jour depuis. On peut deviner que M. Marx, une fois nommé juge, n'a pas voulu participer activement à un projet de nouvelle édition du volume. Quant à M. Chevrette, on ne connaît pas ce qu'ont pu être ses motivations, mais l'auteur de la deuxième édition, Han-Ru Zhou, nous explique dans la préface que le projet d'une telle édition du volume a tout de même germé dès 2005 [...]."
