Abstract
Abstract: the article is devoted to the study of the theory and practice of termination of the management contract of an apartment building. The existing approaches and contradictions are analyzed. Proposed amendments to the current legislation regarding the regulation of termination of the management contract of an apartment building in order to maintain a balance of interests of its parties.
