Abstract
In the present environmental and sustainable development issues have a priority of worldwide concern, scientists confirm a humanity is facing two problems, the first is inued high levels of depletion of natural resources, the second is increased production of waste and emission. Study of environmental sustainability at this time takes great importance, because of the inability of many developing countries of the world to meet the comprehensive urban sustainability target, especially in Arab countries, while the developed world Raise serious questions about the sustainability of Its cities. The study aims to benefit from the experience of environmental sustainability in some Arab and western cities, the study methodology based on the comparative analysis of the two cities, first is Masdar city in Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates, and the second is the city of Vancouver, Canada, where each of them achieve the environmental sustainable principles and draw their strategies followed in achieving environmental sustainability, of those cities, sustainable strategies are grouped to formulate sustainable strategies for cities, and application is performed on Tripoli city center in Libya, to examine its sustainability range and potentials, and concludes with recommendations to be sustainable city.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
