Abstract
This article is a collection of personal reflections and stories, offering advice directed to aspiring and junior graduate trainees that is written by Ph.D. students, postdoctoral researchers, early-stage assistant professors, and life-long educators. The objective of this article is to inform, empower, and inspire the next generation of physiologists.
