Abstract
Cet article relate l’expérience d’une thèse de doctorat en économie menée auprès de trois coopératives selon une démarche originale : une recherche-action participative intégrale, appuyée par un raisonnement inspiré par la philosophie pragmatiste. Associant chercheuses et acteurs, la recherche-action (RA) se révèle pertinente pour répondre aux enjeux contemporains d’innovation sociale et de transition écologique, par la coproduction de connaissances duales (scientifiques et pratiques). Dans le cas présent, sa mise en oeuvre par une chercheuse-salariée sociétaire d’une coopérative invite à étudier ses dimensions épistémologiques et méthodologiques. Quelle démarche de recherche façonner pour produire de nouvelles connaissances scientifiquement éprouvées, tout en soutenant et en enrichissant les actions coopératives? Retour d’expérience réflexif, cet article vise à outiller la réalisation de RA participative en économie sociale et solidaire, par des acteurs-chercheurs et des chercheuses praticiennes, en discutant de ses apports et de ses limites.
