Abstract
Постановка проблеми.Суб'єктам транспортного ринку, які приймають участь у процесі доставки вантажів, і в першу чергу вантажовідправникам, іноді важко обрати найбільш ефективний варіант логістичного ланцюга (ЛЛ), а також кількісний зміст його складових.Модель аналізу логістичних ланцюгів доставки вантажів, яка представлена у вигляді мережі систем масового обслуговування імітує технологічні процеси доставки вантажів від вантажовідправника до вантажоотримувача і передбачає адекватне реагування на виникаючі в процесі її функціонування ситуації та дозволяє корегувати значення тих чи інших параметрів та характеристик мережі (кількість каналів, інтенсивність обслуговування і таке інше) з метою покращення роботи мережі та забезпечення оптимального процесу обслуговування вимог на доставку вантажів у міжнародному сполученні.Аналіз останніх досліджень і публікацій.Дослідженнями логістичних ланцюгів доставки вантажів займались такі вчені як Ширяєва С.В., Свірін Д
