Abstract

Cet article explore certains défis auxquels fait face le personnel enseignant qui travaille dans un contexte de diversité et d’inclusion, et propose des perspectives de développement. Pour ce faire, nous avons mené une revue de littérature pour faire ressortir des thématiques, entre autres, celles autour desquelles s’articulent les recherches en éducation inclusive sous l’angle de la diversité ethnoculturelle. Ces thématiques ont ensuite permis de faire émerger trois catégories de défis, en contexte de diversité ethnoculturelle et d’inclusion : 1) des défis en lien avec la formation initiale et continue du personnel enseignant; 2) des défis en lien avec la mise en place des pratiques pédagogiques et des ressources; et 3) des défis en lien avec la collaboration avec les familles. Un aperçu général sur le concept de l’enseignement sert d’introduction aux trois sous-parties.
