Faire « marronner » des textes poétiques pour y relever les différents tissages et lignes de fuite qu’offrent ces mêmes œuvres : Voici ce que tente d’explorer cet article à travers deux auteurs guyanais, Leon-Gontran Damas et Ellie Stephenson. D’un côté, Black Label de Damas, où se déploie cet « imaginaire de l’enchevêtrement » proposé par Sandrine Bédouret-Larraburu et David Bérouret et de l’autre, Ellie Stephenson, dans son œuvre poétique Une flèche pour le pays à l’encan. Faire dialoguer ces œuvres entre elles participe du désir de forger des géographies intentionnelles de marronnage, d’inscrire celles-ci dans cette « dynamique de lyannaj » que nous propose Dénètem Touam Bona à travers cette question, formulée par Gramsci : « Que faire, comment riposter, comment créer des alliances face à la fragmentation de forces subalternes qu’opère toute hégémonie ? ». Il nous faudra ainsi concevoir cette réflexion autour du territoire mouvant et contestataire de ces œuvres marron, selon les frontières imaginaires toujours renouvelées de l’exil et de la quête de soi.
