Abstract
Cet article expose une méthodologie de recherche-intervention qui a contribué à un important changement organisationnel au sein d’une organisation majeure opérant dans le domaine de la construction d’infrastructures publiques au Québec. L’intervention visait à développer puis à intégrer un modèle novateur en matière de collaboration dans un mode de réalisation des grands projets d’infrastructures. La démarche collaborative qui est au coeur du changement organisationnel analysé dans cet article propose une série d’étapes lesquelles visent à ultimement sélectionner un soumissionnaire, représenté par un entrepreneur général de construction et ses partenaires, qui démontre une disposition à adopter des pratiques de collaboration dans ses activités commerciales. Ayant eu recours à une étude longitudinale d’une durée d’un an, les données recueillies montrent sans équivoque le processus d’institutionnalisation des compétences collaboratives, tant à l’interne qu’auprès des partenaires d’affaires de la Société québécoise des infrastructures. Cette recherche apporte un nouvel éclairage pour mieux appréhender les différentes facettes des processus de transformation organisationnelle à partir d’une méthodologie intégrée, lesquelles soutiennent des changements organisationnels durables.
