Abstract
S’appuyant sur une recension d’écrits, cet article présente les enjeux du traitement sociojudiciaire de l’exposition à la violence conjugale dans les systèmes de protection de la jeunesse. Ces enjeux portent sur la conceptualisation de la violence conjugale, la construction de la compromission de la sécurité et du développement et le biais de genre. Quinze ans après l’intégration de l’exposition à la violence conjugale dans la Loi sur la protection de la jeunesse , cet article souligne quelques implications pour la pratique, militant pour un changement de paradigme qui pourrait s’articuler autour d’une analyse genrée de la violence conjugale.
