Pemerintah Indonesia telah mengupayakan agar masyarakatnya dapat mengenyam pendidikan setidaknya hingga jenjang pendidikan menengah melalui program wajib belajar 12 tahun. Namun, belum sepenuhnya penduduk di Indonesia dapat menyelesaikan pendidikan 12 tahun. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan adanya kejadian putus sekolah dan mempengaruhi ketahanan penduduk untuk menuntaskan pendidikan. Provinsi Jawa Tengah merupakan salah satu provinsi yang capaian rata-rata lama sekolahnya perlu mendapat perhatian sebab memiliki RLS terendah di Kawasan Barat Indonesia dengan RLS tahun 2022 mencapai 8,38 tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran umum putus sekolah dan ketahanan untuk menuntaskan pendidikan pada penduduk usia 7-18 tahun di Provinsi Jawa Tengah tahun 2022 serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis ketahanan hidup dengan data yang bersumber dari Susenas Maret 2022. Hasil penelitian dengan loglogistik AFT menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin, pendidikan KRT, lapangan usaha KRT, status kemiskinan, dan daerah tempat tinggal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketahanan penduduk usia 7-18 tahun untuk menuntaskan pendidikan.
