Cet article s’intéresse à l’expérience d’apprentissage du français langue seconde/langue de scolarisation (FLS/FLSco) de jeunes immigrants allophones arrivés au Québec entre 13 et 17 ans et ayant fréquenté un programme d’enseignement du français langue seconde, soit la classe d’intégration linguistique scolaire et sociale (classe d’ILSS) la formation générale des jeunes (FGJ) ou encore un programme de francisation des adultes immigrants en formation générale des adultes (FGA). La recherche de type exploratoire a été menée à l’aide d’une méthodologie mixte, soit une collecte de données par questionnaire (N=40) suivie d’une entrevue individuelle dirigée (n=12) et permet d’indiquer que dans l’ensemble, les répondants ont apprécié leurs parcours d’apprentissage du FLS/FLSco, mais, certains éléments pourraient être améliorés tel que l’enseignement de l’écriture ou du français parlé québécois.
