Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

In Quebec province, the cultural dimension explicitly has its place in the primary and secondary school curriculum (MEQ, 2006), granting it an important place in all disciplines. Sometimes difficult to achieve in class, cultural mediation supports the heritage representation that young people make of a place or situation. The interclass activities of the École en réseau (EER) increase the promotion of culture among learners through the contribution of extracurricular partners (St-Pierre & Laferrière, 2020). Schools located in remote areas, where access to experts is difficult, benefit even more from interclass activities. This article exemplifies three collaborations with partners that support the representation of learners’ historical, cultural, and natural heritage. Challenges to collaboration with extrascholar’s partners are also shared.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
