Abstract

O objetivo deste artigo é discutir as implicações de movimentos organizados por grupos empresariais na formulação de diretrizes para a educação e para a formação de professores. Partimos da reflexão sobre a influência crescente da filantropia 3.0, geralmente operacionalizada por consolidadas e influentes empresas do setor privado, na educação e na formação continuada de docentes. Autores como Laval, Dardot e Ball são a base das teorizações desenvolvidas a partir de uma análise documental. Destaca-se o interesse de grupos privados em manter a sua influência no sistema público de ensino, especialmente no que se refere à elaboração de diretrizes, como a Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) e a Base Nacional Comum para a Formação Inicial e Continuada de Professores (BNC-Formação). Defende-se que tais políticas movimentam uma rede discursiva que faz reverberar a crise da escola pública e sustenta os argumentos dos grupos empresariais como gestores da nova filantropia, que modela a formação de estudantes e professores, principalmente nas escolas públicas.
