Abstract
Di dalam Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program Implementasi Kebijakan Program Percepatan Peningkatan Tata Guna air Irigasi yang sedang di jalankan oleh Pemerintah Desa Jatidrojog pada masa saat ini Pemerintah Desa Jatidrojog melakukan Kegiatan tersebut guna memperbaiki infrastrukur terutama di bidang pertanian yakni pembangunan Irigasi .Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan teori Ada Smith dengan empat indikator yaitu kebijakan yang ideal, kelompok sasaran, organisasi pelasakana , dan faktor lingkungan . hasil dari penelitian ini dimana kegiatan tersebut didukung penuh oleh Pemerintah Desa maupun masyarakat Desa Jatidrojog karena dapat meningkatkan kegiatan perekonomian terutama di bidang pertanian, karena kondisi Desa Jatidrojog yang notaben e masyarakatnya bermatapencaharian sebagai petani jadi program tersebut sangat perlu untuk dijalankan setiap tahunya . hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukan bahwa program tersebut sudah berjalan dengan baik meskipun ada beberapa kendala di dalam pelaksaanya . harapan Pemerintah Desa maupun masyarakat Desa Jatidrojog terhadap program ini adalah dapat berjalan tiap tahun dan perlu adanya evaluasi setiap tahunya. Tentu program tersebut akan berjalan dengan baik apabila timbul suatu sinergi dari kedua belah pihak, saling memberi dan menerima masukan akan membuat program tersebut akan lebih memberikan dampak yang positif kepada masyarakat terutama petani di Desa Jatidrojog, In this research, it aims to find out the Policy Implementation Program for the Acceleration of Improvement of Irrigation Water Utilization which is currently being run by the Jatidrojog Village Government. is a descriptive qualitative method of collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. This study was analyzed using Ada Smith's theory with four indicators, namely ideal policies, target groups, implementation organizations, and environmental factors. The results of this research are that the activity is fully supported by the Village Government and the Jatidrojog Village community because it can increase economic activity, especially in the agricultural sector, because of the conditions in Jatidrojog Village, whose people earn a living as farmers, so this program really needs to be run every year. the results of this study indicate that the program has been running well even though there are some obstacles in its implementation. the expectations of the Village Government and the Jatidrojog Village community for this program are that it can run every year and there needs to be an annual evaluation. Of course the program will run well if there is a synergy from both parties, mutual giving and receiving input will make the program have a more positive impact on the community, especially farmers in Jatidrojog Village,
