Abstract
Latar Belakang: Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh fenomena Hipertensi yang merupakan masalah kesehatan utama saat ini telah menyebar ke seluruh dunia dan juga merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian yang paling umum. Karena tekanan darah tinggi tidak dapat ditularkan dari satu orang ke orang lain, itu adalah penyakit ini disebut penyakit kronis tidak menular. Tujuan: penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan pengaruh prilaku diet rendah garam pada penderita Hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Melintang Pangkalpinang tahun 2023. Metode: penelitan Jenis penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan rumus diatas didapatkan hasil besar sampel 96,6, dari perhitungan ini dibulatkan menjadi 97 sampel. Ditambahkan 10% dari jumlah sampel sehingga hasil yang di dapatkan 108 responden. Hasil: penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Berdasarkan uji statistik chi-square dalam penelitian ini diperoleh nilai p-value = 0,000< 0,05, ini menunjukan ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan perilaku diet rendah garam pada penderita hipertensi. Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan dukungan keluarga emosional, informasional, instrumental, penilaian dengan kepatuhan perilaku diet rendah garam pada penderita hipertensi.. Kemudian kepatuhan diet rendah garam pada responden mayoritas terbanyak dalam kategori patuh yaitu 84 orang (77,8%), dan tidak patuh 24 orang (22,2%).
