Las relaciones intrafamiliares y la autoestima son temas de gran relevancia en la actualidad para beneficiar a la población adolescente. El objetivo de la presente investigación, fue determinar la relación entre relaciones intrafamiliares y autoestima en los adolescentes de la Unidad Educativa Liceo Joaquín Arias. La metodología del estudio se basó en un enfoque cuantitativo de alcance descriptivo, correlacional y de corte trasversal. Se trabajó con una muestra de 200 estudiantes. Se utilizó el inventario de Autoestima de Stanley Coopersmith (IAC) y Escala de Evaluación de Relaciones Intrafamiliares (E.R.I). Entre los resultados existió predominio de una autoestima baja en la muestra estudiada y en lo que respecta a relaciones intrafamiliares, presenta un nivel medio. Por otro lado, se conoció que las relaciones intrafamiliares y la autoestima si se relacionan e influyen entre sí.
