Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This is a profile of Ateneum Wileskie, an annual published by the Society of the Friends of Science in Wilno in 1923-1939 with the financial support of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Public Education. It featured articles on the history of the former Grand Duchy of Lithuania and played an important role in the popularization of research in the field of political history, law, culture, social and economic history and historical sources of Lithuania in the 16th-19th century. Ateneum Wileskie was one of the leading academic periodicals in Poland, and most of the materials that were published by it have retained their value.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
