A busca pela vantagem competitiva nos segmentos agroindustriais é uma vertente em constante permanência, isso deve ser levado de encontro com as melhorias nos processos dos centros operacionais, para, de fato, possuírem fatores facilitadores no mundo corporativo, e assim evitar meios restritivos. Identificar os gargalos no segmento do processo de carregamento de celulose, torna-se algo primordial, pois a necessidade de movimentação e transporte de cargas no setor deste commoditie, mostra que o fator restritivo, tempo e espaço entre as sequencias operacionais; é algo inerente, passível de modificações. Mapear o processo de carregamento dos bags de celulose sobre os caminhões torna-se o objetivo central deste artigo.
