Dans l’expression orale, tout (e) orateur/oratrice fait face à une série de défisque nous avons recoupés en sept étapes. Plus l’orateur/l’oratrice prends conscience deces défis, mieux il est en même de surmonter le trac, les hésitations, les silences longs, lesbégaiements ou les temps morts etc.
