Abstract
Всего несколько лет назад на карте Иркутска возник Променад (точнее, в него превратился 130-й квартал). Внутри квартала удалось создать атмосферу доброжелательного интереса. И она, естественно, сразу же начала привлекать в него мифы и легенды, которыми так богат старинный Иркутск. Современный городской фольклор, возникающий вокруг квартала, – признак здоровый и обнадеживающий. Пока в городе рождаются живые легенды, городу не грозит депрессия.
