Secara global prevalensi gangguan mental terus meningkat dan menariknya banyak dialami oleh perempuan dibandingkan laki-laki. Sedang, penanganan profesional untuk masalah gangguan mental seringkali mendapatkan hambatan yang serius dan menjadi ancaman terhadap harga diri individu karena stigma di masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stigma publik gangguan mental dengan intensi pencarian pertolongan formal pada perempuan perkotaan. Pengambilan sampel partisipan ini menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Partisipan ini berjumlah 143 perempuan perkotaan, berusia 17-24 tahun, berpendidikan terakhir SMA/SMK dan Sarjana. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah survei online dengan menggunakan dua instrumen yaitu Spanish Version of the Link's Perceived Devaluation and Discrimination Scale dan Skala Intensi Pencarian Pertolongan Formal. Uji korelasi non-parametrik dan uji beda digunakan untuk analisis data.Penelitian ini menemukan korelasi negatif yang signifikan antara stigma publik terkait gangguan mental dengan intensi pencarian pertolongan formal pada perempuan perkotaan (r = -0,208, p = 0,013). Sebagian besar perempuan perkotaan dalam penelitian ini mempunyai stigma publik gangguan mental yang tinggi terhadap pendaftar kerja yang memiliki pengalaman gangguan mental. Implikasi penelitian ini diperuntukkan bagi perusahaan atau layanan sosial untuk mempromosikan layanan dan kegiatan mengenai peduli kesehatan mental dalam konteks ketenagakerjaan.
