Abstract
Peneliti bertujuan untuk mengetahui Manajemen Pelayanan di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Data diambil menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dan temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa konsep manajemen pelayanan di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Yang berfokus pada, 1) Planning (perencanaan), 2) Organizing (pengorganisasian), 3) Actuating (pelaksanaan), 4) controlling (pengawasan). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan manajemen pelayanan berfokus pada visi misi yang telah direncanakan yaitu “terwujudnya perpustakaan dan arsip daerah yang bermutu (bersih, mandiri, umum, tertib dan utuh)”. Pelaksanaan manajemen di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan kabupaten Lombok Tengah, mengadakan pembinaan dan monev keseluruh perpustakaan desa, perpustakaan rumah ibadah dan forum literasi yang telah dibentuk oleh komunitas baca masyarakat di kabupaten Lombok Tengah.
