pourrions en ajouter bien d'autres : l'ancien jéciste Normand Haché, devenu le directeur-fondateur de l'association jeunesse acadienne Activités-jeunesse en 1971 206 , les abbés Armand Plourde et Yvon Sirois, respectivement de la JEC et de la JOC, tous deux fortement engagés auprès des bûcherons, des assistés sociaux, des chômeuses et chômeurs au cours des années 1970 207 , une bonne partie des femmes francophones de Moncton qui ont présenté un mémoire à la commission Bird et ont été engagées dans le mouvement féministe acadien des années 1970 et au-delà 208 .Sans prétendre à une contribution directe de la pédagogie jéciste à toutes ces réalisations, il nous semble néanmoins tenable d'avancer l'hypothèse que les mouvements d'Action catholique spécialisée ont favorisé l'engagement social d'acteurs sociaux en Acadie.
