Репутация медицинских учреждений является значимым параметром для их выбора пациентом. Интернет рассматривается в качестве низкозатратного канала для коммуникации с пациентом. На репутацию медицинского учреждения большое влияние оказывают отзывы о его сотрудниках на различных площадках в Интернете, т.к. на их основе формируются рейтинги не только врачей, но и медицинских учреждений. Наличие персонального бренда у врача входит в число параметров, влияющих на репутацию медицинского учреждения.
