Abstract
Bahagian Undang-undang Keluarga, Jabatan Agama Islam Negeri, melalui Pusat Khidmat Keluarga, Sosial dan Komuniti menawarkan perkhidmatan runding cara kekeluargaan untuk masyarakat Islam. Unit Runding Cara ini menguruskan aduan rumah tangga dan kekeluargaan melibatkan isu pernikahan, perceraian, rujuk dan pelbagai aduan berkaitan krisis rumah tangga. Unit Runding Cara Keluarga Jabatan Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan (JAWI) misalnya, sepanjang 2018-2022 telah menerima sebanyak 38,449 aduan yang memerlukan khidmat runding cara mereka. Makalah ini akan melihat dengan lebih terperinci punca-punca aduan mereka sepanjang tempoh lima tahun itu. Kajian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari JAWI untuk mengenalpasti jenis-jenis aduan yang dibuat. Dari segi punca aduan, tiga punca aduan yang utama untuk lima tahun ini ialah “masalah sosial/akhlak”, “tidak bertanggungjawab” dan “masalah komunikasi”.
