Desa wisata Lerep adalah salah satu desa wisata di Kabupaten Semarang. Desa wisata ini memiliki potensi berupa wisata alam dan wisata buatan yang mengusung tema alam dan budaya. Sejak ditetapkan sebagai desa wisata di tahun 2015, saat ini Desa Wisata Lerep tergolong sebagai desa wisata maju dimana masyarakat sudah mampu mengelola usaha pariwisata melalui pokdarwis maupun BUMDes. Sebagai desa wisata maju, tentunya banyak dampak yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan pariwisata di Desa Lerep. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dampak pariwisata dalam aspek sosial, ekonomi dan lingkungan di Desa Lerep. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif dimana data dihimpun melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan wisata menimbulkan baik dampak positif maupun negatif. Dari aspek sosial, kegiatan wisata memberikan dampak dalam hal semangat masyarakat dalam membangun desa, dan pendidikan masyarakat. Dari aspek ekonomi, kegiatan wisata berdampak pada pendapatan dan peluang pekerjaan baru di masyarakat. Sedangkan dari aspek lingkungan, kegiatan wisata memberikan dampak pada alih fungsi lahan, persampahan dan sistem pengelolaan persampahan.
