Abstract
La investigación científica se rige por procedimientos aceptables y el empleo de categorías y terminologías aceptadas y su empleo adecuado. La investigación arqueológica no es distinta de cualquiera otra investigación científica; como tal, debe efectuarse siguiendo las mismas normas de todo análisis científico. El empleo adecuado de las terminologías relacionadas a tiempo y espacio es fundamental, partiendo del principio que nuestra tarea es explicar el proceso cultural en relación con el factor tiempo – cronología.
