Abstract
Vivian Campagna, DNP, RN, CMGT-BC, CCM, ICE-CCP, is the Chief Industry Relations Officer of the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC), the first and largest nationally accredited organization that certifies more than 50,000 professional case managers and disability management specialists with its CCM and CDMS credentials. With more than 30 years of case management experience, Vivian spent much of her professional career in acute care case management, prior to joining the Commission.
