Abstract

Since our first Impact Factor was released in 2023, the number of submissions has increased 2-fold, and the quality of submitted manuscripts has only risen along with it. The increased work required to process the submissions, perform peer review, reach a decision, and publish our issues has been handled with grace by all involved, and I very much appreciate the work done by each of you for the sake of advancing pain science, medicine, and management. With more submissions coming in than ever before, we have added over 50 names to our reviewer list, and I would like to express sincere thanks to those who started reviewing manuscripts for PAIN Reports this past year. As always, I am also very happy to thank our editorial team: Peter DelGobbo, Senior Managing Editor, and Dr. Renee Chasse, Publications Manager.
