Abstract
Dijital teknolojilerin gelişimi, toplumu ve tüm sektörlerdeki ekonomik faaliyetleri köklü bir değişime sürüklüyor. Dijital dönüşüme adapte olabilmek için İşletmeler artık sosyal medya, mobil uygulamalar, büyük veri ve yapay zeka gibi yenilikçi teknolojiler sayesinde iş süreçlerini baştan sona yeniliyor, aynı zamanda teknolojik altyapı yatırımlarıyla ürün, hizmet ve organizasyon yapılarındaki süreçleri revize ediyor. İşletmelerde, fırsat ve zorlukları beraberinde getiren bu zorunlu dönüşümü yönetmede en kritik rol liderliğe düşmektedir. Dijital Liderlik olarak karşımıza çıkan bu yaklaşım, dijital dönüşüm araçlarının benimsenmesinin ötesinde teknolojinin stratejik olarak iş süreçleri ve insan faktörüyle entegrasyonuyla ilgilidir. Bu kapsamda çalışmada dijital dönüşüme yol açan teknolojiler ele alınmış, bu teknolojilerin işletmelerin dijital dönüşüm süreçlerindeki rolü incelenerek dijital dönüşümün nasıl yönlendirileceğine dair bir perspektif sunmak üzere dijital liderlik kavramına odaklanılmıştır. Böylece, işletmelerde teknolojiyle stratejiyi uyumlu hale getirecek bir liderlik tarzı olarak dijital liderliğin kavramsal çerçevesi, önemi, rolü ve özelliklerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır.
