Cette communication se propose d’aborder deux illustrations significatives de la « récupération » de leur(s) liberté(s) par les populations indigènes boliviennes entre 1952 et 2009, par le biais d’un rapprochement entre certaines des mesures-phares de la Révolution Nationale de 1952 et la création du Viceministerio de Descolonización bolivien suite à la promulgation de la nouvelle Constitution de l’Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia en 2009. En effet, ces deux épisodes-clés de l’histoire bolivienne présentent un certain nombre de similitudes dans leur processus de prise en compte des communautés indigènes boliviennes, longtemps reléguées au statut de minorités invisibles alors même qu’elles constituent la majorité de la population nationale.
