Abstract
L'acte d'enseigner, dans les cours en ligne offerts en asynchrone, est réalisé par des responsables de cours et des responsables de l'encadrement, en remplacement du seul professeur ou de la seule professeure qu'on retrouve dans les cours en présentiel.Ces responsables travaillent à distance les uns des autres et communiquent essentiellement par courriel.Cette revue de littérature vise à problématiser et à intellectualiser cette communication par courriel.Les inconvénients ainsi que les pratiques pour les contourner sont exposés.Les directives présentées par rapport à l'utilisation des courriels visent à faciliter leur compréhension, à faire économiser du temps et à favoriser la coopération des correspondants et correspondantes.
