<p>El objetivo de este estudio fue identificar las percepciones sobre la dinámica docente en los ambientes virtuales y las proyecciones profesionales del conjunto de estudiantes que cursaron, en el año 2020 la carrera de profesorado en la modalidad semipresencial, en el Instituto de Formación Docente de Uruguay. Se realizó un estudio mixto, con datos extraídos de una encuesta online distribuida al total de los estudiantes involucrados, tres grupos de discusión y cuatro entrevistas en profundidad. Este colectivo de futuros profesores, en ejercicio de la profesión en Enseñanza Media, identifican un rol docente fuertemente asociado a la atención integral de los estudiantes en entorno virtual, orientado a generar un vínculo afectivo por sobre los aspectos disciplinares específicos. Perciben una acentuada desvalorización social de la docencia y la mitad de ellos se proyecta profesionalmente fuera del ámbito educativo.</p>
