Abstract
Hemodialisa merupakan terapi yang dilakukan untuk menggantikan fungsi kerja ginjal dengan menggunakan suatu alat yang dibuat khusus bertujuan untuk mengobati gejalah serta tanda akibat LFG dengan kadar rendah. Tujuan dalam penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga terhadap kualitas hidup pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisa di RSUD Sawerigading Kota Palopo. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Observasional karena hanya melakukan pengamatan dan pencatatan terhadap gejala yang tampak pada sampel tanpa memberikan intervensi kepada sampel di ruang hemodialisa RSUD Sawerigading Kota Palopo sebanyak 38 orang. Waktu pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tanggal. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 38 orang dengan menggunakan metode total sampling. Dari hasil analisis statistik diperoleh nilai p = 0,005 < α = 0,05, berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga terdapat hubungan dukungan keluarga terhadap kualitas hidup pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisa di RSUD Sawerigading Kota Palopo. Ada hubungan dukungan keluarga terhadap kualitas hidup pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisa di RSUD Sawerigading Kota Palopo. Disarankan memperhatikan pola hidup sehat.
