Le porno triomphe et prolifère partout, des mailles du réseau aux contextes urbains, des écrans médiatiques aux interstices du quotidien ; il envahit les trames de la vie publique, surchauffe les connexions électroniques et imprègne d’humeurs la socialité contemporaine. Il se fait ambiance. Quelles sont les origines, la généalogie et l’actualité de cette scène convulsée venue des États-Unis ? Dans une perspective transdisciplinaire embrassant sociologie de l’imaginaire, sciences de la communication, porn et gender studies, l’article analyse et interprète le passage entre la pornographie et la pornoculture en tant que changement fondamental pour nos sociétés.
