Abstract
vacuum.The present volume is no exception.I have been fortunate to have been accompanied on the sometimes very tedious-seeming journey toward completion of this undertaking by an excellent group of colleagues from Great Britain, Germany, Canada, and the United States.Not only were they hard-working and reliable, but they also were each in possession of a good sense of humor, something that was -unfortunately -needed more than once during the process.
