INFLUÊNCIA DO ANTICONCEPCIONAL ORAL NA FISIOPATOLOGIA DO TROMBOEMBOLIA PULMONAR

Abstract
Objetivo: descrever o processo fisiopatológico do tromboembolismo pulmonar por meio do uso anticoncepcionais hormonais. Métodos: conduziu-se um estudo de revisão integrativa da literatura. Foram analisados artigos recuperados por meio das bases de dados secundários Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Scientific Eletronic Library Online (Scielo) e Sistema Online de Busca e Análise de Literatura Médica (MEDLINE) a partir dos descritores específicos. Considerou-se estudos publicados em português, inglês ou espanhol e que tratavam diretamente da temática objeto de estudo. Resultados: a tromboembolia se caracteriza por uma instalação de um coágulo normalmente, mas pode ser de gordura, ar, coágulo de sangue ou células cancerosas, causando falta de ar, dor no peito, tosseas vezes com sangue, aumento da pressão arterial uma condição subdiagnosticada. Conclusão: no processo fisiopatológico do tromboembolismo pulmonar por meio do uso anticoncepcionais hormonais ocorre por meio de alterações pró-coagulantes na hemostasia, podem afetar diversas regiões, com risco considerável na árvore brônquica devido a diminuição da luz dos vasos desta região.
