La direction des Archives du ministère de l’Europe et des Affaires étrangères conserve les papiers Jusserand au sein de la série des Papiers d’agents et Archives privées (PAAP), où ils sont cotés en 93PAAP. Ils proviennent du don que fit son épouse plusieurs années après le décès de son mari, puisque l’on y retrouve des documents allant jusqu’en 1939.
