Abstract
Ce numéro spécial s’inscrit dans le sillage du colloque RUNED 22 : perspectives critiques sur le numérique en éducation et en formation – enjeux politiques, sociaux et économiques qui fut organisé en mai 2022 à l’Université du Québec à Montréal. Cette rencontre scientifique avait pour ambition d’interroger l’état de structuration et les tendances actuelles des approches critiques du numérique en éducation et formation. Dans sa foulée, l’objectif de ce numéro spécial est de mettre en dialogue les tendances et intérêts actuels des perspectives critiques dans le domaine du numérique en éducation et formation, depuis son design jusqu’à ses usages, en interrogeant ce processus sous l’angle des enjeux politiques, sociaux et économiques qui le sous-tendent. Ce faisant, le « numérique » (mot-valise qui nécessite d’être ancré dans des traditions épistémologiques, disciplinaires et théoriques) est compris en tant que phénomène hétérogène, au croisement du technique et du social, du matériel et du symbolique, de l’individuel et du collectif, du contemporain et de l’historique.
