Abstract
Pendahuluan: Vulva merupakan organ intim wanita yang harus dijaga kebersihannya agar tetap bersih dan sehat sehingga tidak terjadi infeksi. Pelaksanaan vulva hygiene yang kurang baik pada ibu hamil dapat menyebabkan pertumbuhan mikroorganisme sehingga terjadi Infeksi Saluran Kemih pada ibu hamil. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan pelaksanaan vulva hygiene pada ibu hamil dengan kejadian infeksi saluran kemih di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Astambul Tahun 2023. Metode: Penelitian ini bersifat analitik observasional, Populasi penelitian ini yaitu ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Astambul sebanyak 30 responden. Sampel penelitian seluruh populasi atau sampel jenuh. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner yang berisi pertanyaan terkait pelaksanaan Vulva Hygiene pada ibu hamil dan kejadian infeksi saluran kemih. Hasil : Ibu hamil yang melaksanakan vulva hygiene dengan kategori baik sebanyak 28 orang (93,3%) dan Kejadian infeksi saluran kemih pada Ibu hamil terdapat 5 orang (16,7%). Analisis uji korelasi Pearson hubungan vulva hygiene ibu hamil dengan kejadian infeksi saluran kemih menghasilkan nilai p =0.006 sehingga nilai p 0.006 < 0.05 dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.580 hal ini menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat antara pelaksanaan vulva hygiene yang baik pada ibu hamil dengan tidak terjadinya saluran kemih.
