Esta edición busca, desde una perspectiva integrada, avanzar propuestas para atender los problemas que de manera crónica enfrenta el país en materia de crecimiento, combate a la pobreza y la desigualdad, a los cuales se han agregado los que la crisis provocada por la covid-19 marcaron con sello de urgencia, ya que impactan de manera directa en el ejercicio de los derechos sociales básicos de los mexicanos, particularmente el acceso a la salud, la educación, los cuidados y la seguridad
