Abstract
Decorridos mais de dois anos da implementação da reforma trabalhista em 2017, observa-se que a mesma representou apenas mais uma etapa do projeto neoliberal de adaptação do sistema econômico com desestruturação da relação laboral, em benefício da redução dos custos empresariais, com formas alternativas de ocupação em acréscimo às já criadas com o propósito de superexplorar a força de trabalho (MARINI, 2011). As mudanças que vêm sendo efetuadas desde o último quarto do século XX respondem à nova racionalidade do neoliberalismo (DARDOT; LAVAL, 2016), cujas iniciativas pró-mercado buscam, dentre outros interesses, capturar o Estado (DURAND, 2012, 2019) e modificar seus objetivos, como se presencia no território fluminense (MEDEIROS JUNIOR, 2019b). O resultado das mudanças no mercado de trabalho, exacerbadas pela pandemia do coronavírus, foi o aumento da vulnerabilidade do trabalho e da incerteza do trabalhador quanto ao presente e futuro.
